- We can help you if you have a design for a site in an image format and you need that transformed into clean, standards-compliant XHTML and CSS code.
- Who is this service targeted for?
- Our service is targeted for web design agencies and freelancers who want to outsource this part of their web development process.
- How fast can you deliver?
- We deliver in up to 3 business days. Usually we will deliver even faster than 3 days. This delivery time is guaranteed for orders with up to 2 pages.
- Can you create a template / theme I can use in Wordpress?
- Yes, we can create your pages as a Wordpress theme or Expression Engine template.
- Do you also do design work?
- Yes, we do some custom design work. You will have to contact us though, to get a quote
- Who are you and where are you from?
- We're a team of web developers based in Romania, Europe.
Pages & Code
- How do you define a new page?
- We consider a new page any page where the layout or even the content is different from the initial page.
- Is your code standards compliant?
- Yes, we only code using W3C XHTML and CSS standards. Rest assured the code you will receive will validate XHTML and CSS.
- What browsers do you test in?

We test the pages in the following browsers on PC platforms:
- Mozilla Firefox 2
- Microsft Internet Explorer 6 and 7
- Apple Safari 3
- Opera 9.0 (optional, additional fee)
We also test the pages in the following browsers on Mac platforms:

- How can I provide you with various requirements I have for my pages?
- You can write them all in detail in the order form. Also you can create notes on the design itself. Please tell us in detail every aspect that might be misunderstood (i.e. Flash placeholders, expandable DIVs, drop-down menus).
- Do you code any JavaScript, Ajax?
- We can code the JavaScript code you need for an additional price. You'll be informed after the order is reviewed if and how much we'll charge you for the JavaScript code you ask.
- What happens if I have need any changes/comments to code I receive?
- We are happy to help with any further changes/comments you will need on your pages. The delivery time does not include any modifications. If the changes you need affect the layout of the page and differs too much from the original layout, we will charge you a small additional fee.
Files
- What files should I provide you?
- We prefer a Photoshop PSD source file of the layout, but we can manage also AI, multi-layered PNG.
If you have any custom fonts used in the design, we will need those too.
- How can I send you all of files?
- Just put all the files you have in a compressed file (.zip or .rar) and send it to us.
- How do I include any drop-down menus or hover effects?
- It's best if you have these hover effects or drop-down menus on separate layers.
Payment
- How do I make payment?
- You can make payment through PayPal or 2Checkout.com (an authorized retailer of slicerus.com). All prices are in USD.
- When do I make payment?
- If you're a new customer for us, you will be required to pay up front the entire fee. The delivery time of 3 business days starts from the moment you've made payment.
If you've worked with us before, you will be able to pay after we deliver your pages. The delivery time of 3 business days starts from the moment we accept your work and get in touch with you.
- Do you offer volume discounts?
- Yes, we offer volume discounts. If you have more than 10 pages, please contact us before placing an order.
- What's your refund policy?
- If you are really not satisfied with our work, we will refund all your money for that order. We haven't had any complaints though.
Privacy
- Will my pages be made public?
- We will ask you for each project if you will give us permission to publish your pages in our portfolio. We will respect your privacy whatever the answer may be.
- Will you keep a copy of my pages?
- We will keep a copy of some of the pages we work on, but not all of them. We recommend you keep your pages in a safe place once you've received them from us.
- Who will have rights over the code you send me?
- You will have all the rights over the files we send you (HTML, CSS, images).
